Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary. Two things were frustrating: When I asked for feedback on the process, they told me they would not be providing any as they "are not allowed" to do that. After what amounted to five rounds of interviews and several hours, feedback does not seem like a big ask. It seems like they just don't want to bother. When I remarked that one of the interviewers and I went to the same college at the same time, she made some blatantly ageist comments, and whatever rapport we had up to that point quickly evaporated as she ran through a perfunctory list of questions.
