Samsara Manager, Electrical Engineering interview questions

I was interviewed by 5 people including the hiring manager. One of them comes form academia and was more interested in showing his teaching skills. None of the interviewers asked any questions on people management. And the last person who’s the director or head of engineering asked two simple questions which I answered; but told me on the spot I wasn’t a good fit.
