A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. What followed was a call with the hiring manger. They requested that I sign an NDA before the call. I thought the call went well, but never heard back from them, I requested feedback from the recruiter and was told that they would provide it shortly. A few days later I requested feedback again and never received any follow-up. Overall I got the impression that the organization is heavily bureaucratic, more so than your average corporation. Additionally, I didn't think that the hiring manager (Staff Engineer) presented any level of seniority over my experience/merit.
