The interview process involves technical with the corresponding HOD. There will also be practical testing of the skill set they may want you to possess for the applying profile. There may also be questions relating to how practically you can approach a problem.

Interviewer not professional, using mobile phone and 2 interviewers sharing a mobile screen, unable to see their faces clearly or completely. Insist to answer sensitive questions ie age, and marriage plan, that may be deem as discrimination

Interview
Via 3rd party agency called for availability, then interview with Higher Authorities and HR at Corporate office, Dhaka. It was not a technical interview. After the interview the confirmation will come but employment will be under 3rd party.
