Contacted by recruiter, phone interview and then later called in for on site interview. Basic questions of past experiences and asked about my understanding of the job. The employers seemed to pretty straight forward

OS team approach me for phone call then user interview online. Final step is offline interview. However there are people who dont undergo to the offline interview. I am invited for the final interview with the user.
