there are 25 numbers with 4 sentences for each number, you have to select which one suit you most and doesn't suit you most for each number.
logical test:
25 numbers, most of them are mathematical and simple logic test

small group debate:
you will be given a problem, and then the moderator will divide the group into pro and con. 10' to discuss, 5' for presentation of each group, 20' to debate, and 2' for conclusion.
final result: 3 years plan to overcome the problem
