I've applied at linkedin for another position and HR contact me first via phone. She interviewed me for 20 minutes. After I came to the company and had 2 interviews in the same day, with HR and after with manager. They asked me about my background and explained me about the company. Two weeks later I was interviewed by Korean Director. Very confusioning because her English was not very clear and was hard to understand questions, also about my background.
