The interviewer first asked typical general questions on conflict resolution etc... then more specific questions on how I'd approach the project, my knowledge of the countries etc. Then I had a second interview with someone more Senior.
It began with an online test, followed by a
technical interview with members of relevant department and finally aHR interview. Communication and feedback was fairly quick all through and the whole process took about 3 months.
Lengthy but fun, with many rounds of review. I spoke to almost everyone in the company, which shows that the interview process is important. The company had many bad HR picks in the past.
