It was phone and Skype interview.First it was a phone interview and after 2 week got the skype interview. and overall the process was completed in 4 weeks and i have placed

the questions were fairly even on the personality side and the technical side, but were easy. HR related questions like remote work and work from home were discussed, pay rate has been discussed, but not satisifed, benefits wer not at all discussed, paud sick leave and paid leaves not discussed, health insurance nit discussed.
