Phone screen with HR that lasted 30 minutes. I thought it was going to be casual, but it was much more intense. All STAR type questions. The caller was not very personable, she read off a sheet for almost everything. It was strange. Never received an email or follow-up. Suprising this type of non-profit would ghost someone but I guess they don't practice what they preach.
