Interview
I was interviewed at a conference after meeting one of the recruiters during the conference's career fair. I was interviewed by two people and it was a very comfortable, standard interview. The interview was during the career fair, but they held it in a private booth. My interviews were very friendly and made me feel calm.

They wanted to know my strengths and weaknesses, how I dealt with a problem and overcame it, and projects I worked on.

Interview
After applying online they contacted me to schedule a phone interview. We went through my resume and they asked some questions which were mostly behavioral and pretty simple. They asked me if I was familiar with CAD and the department I was interested in working. A couple of weeks after that they submitted an offer through email.
