A bit informal, with a 1-on-1 with the center's instructional support assistant and was given questions that more so assessed personality. the interview felt more like a conversation and that made me less nervous!

Interview
Team was almost 30 min late for interview. Recruiter called me by the wrong name. Required a 15 min timed typed assessment then the interview. Stressful. One person didn’t smile and looked at me crazy the entire time. Horrible
I applied online. I interviewed at San Joaquin Delta College in June 2022
Interview
Half of the questions were essentially questioning my knowledge of material I have a Ph.D. in and education rather than my skillset. The topic I was asked to give a demo talk on was information that would never be discussed in that way if it were taught in a classroom. I was also asked questions about topics that were not mentioned in the job description and were outside the area of expertise of the position that was posted. They didn't let me ask questions at the end. I assume they had someone specific in mind for this job but the whole experience felt like a waste of time.
