Sit with other candidates in the HR room. They ask a few questions, discuss information over the center, and take you on a tour. Then you take an assessment and based on your scores pass over to a one-on-one interview with a manager. Easy process.

Not as stressful as I thought it would be. Made me more aware of what the position entailed and whether or not it was the right job to get into. The HR department was kind and so helpful.
