San Mateo County Library interview questions

There wasn't much of a phone interview. You go down in person and are there with a group of other people vying for the job. They make you wait in a conference room and then they come and get you one by one. Turns out you have two people to speak to and they start asking you questions about your background. Most of the questions are from the Industrial Age and are there more to play with your mind then get to the heart of the matter. Unlike other companies they won't even email you to let you know you didn't make the cut. You just won't hear anything.
