Sand Technologies interview questions

I didn't get beyond the initial application, as there were so many emails telling me of delays in recruitment almost every week coming from their recruiter. I completed a full assignment, which is believe is their way of getting solutions to their community problems. I can imagine their program managers go through your free answers after all your toil. It was many months later I was sent an email that recruitment was put on hold. Shortly after their LinkedIn was bursting with new role notifications and they contained the role I applied for. Very dishonest. I am compelled to think they value referrals and use the vacancies to prove they would employ anyone, but actually don't. They do ask for who referred you and their name when you apply.

There were two sections, the first were just general questions to check culture fitness and problem-solving skills. In the next section you are required to present any data related topic.
