I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2022
Interview
Panel interview with round robin interview questions with a panel. I'm not a big fan of the way they do the interviews, and would rather see SNL behave more like the rest of tech.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was an online videoconference. The questions and answers were in the STAR style format. It was a panel interview, first with my colleagues to be, followed by the management staff. Aside from the interview itself though, the entire process from interview to hire is very slow. To be honest, almost any process is slow at Sandia.

Question 1
I don't remember any specific questions, but the format was the STAR (situation, task, action, result) format, pretty basic stuff.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories
Interview
Flew into ABQ, put up in a hotel with rental car. Met manager off base and was escorted to several different interviews with various people. The interviews ranged from technical to personal to situational. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
