First phone call with an assisstant manager to discuss qualifications then a full interview with the Manager. Generic questions asked at the interview (where do you see yourself in x amount of time, what are your strong points etc.)

Interview
3 person Skype interview consisting of HR rep, and 2 managers. Questions were VERY basic and were centred more on why I've been out of work (while job searching) and less on applicable skills. Was expecting BAR/STAR type interview from a company this size.
Interviewers were friendly.
