Thanks for the feedback! Here at Sandow Business Solutions we are always looking for ways to improve our hiring processes. Our second interview is actually over the phone. We like to be very transparent that our company specializes in retail business development. We do NOT PARTICIPATE in any Door to Door sales so unsure how our company would compare to a company who specializes in residential business development. We also have a base pay to ensure guaranteed weekly pay checks. From my understanding residential and B2B companies are actually straight commission. The Hirevue is designed to give candidates a chance to better understand our companies culture and environment, as well for us to screen candidates to not waste time on either end. Our in-person interview is designed to be very transparent in regards to daily responsibilities and of course compensation packages and management opportunities. You must of had a ton of questions if it lasted 2 hours! Best of luck on your future endeavors!
