3 rounds, 1. HR 2. With senior Associate 3. With the MD, the interview process was good. The comapny was on - campus for the process in one of th b-schools in india. It asked for a equity research report for a chosen sector and stock pitch
The interview process is very long. You speak with lots of people during the process but don’t learn enough about the role. There should be fewer interviewers and more time to dive into what the role entails.

Applied through university, teleconference with a very senior person. The person was late for almost half an hour. HR gave out instructions on interview that is mostly centered around case studies, however, the actual interview has nothing to do with case studies. It was quite misleading.
