The questions are basic and very obvious because its from day to day life. The HR are not so strict they give chance to you even you answer in not so fluent way.

the interview was very easy, they don't care about your physical appearance they care about on how you handle difficult customers, also your personality and be true to yourself be open minded be aware of what youre doing, always smile to the HR, calm to your self.
