After submitting the Edjoin application, I was invited to a panel interview at the district office with HR, admin, and current counselors. They asked 5-6 pre-determined questions. Interview lasted about 20 minutes.

When I had my interview it was through zoom. It was a group interview and the panel would ask questions to each individual at a time. They were mainly ASCA driven questions. This was back in 2022 so interviews today might look different.
