I applied through a local career fair in January 2018. From there, I was contacted by their HR department to come in for an interview. The interview lasted around 2 hours, and the interview was several rounds of questioning by the software development team (2 people), and several other managers throughout the various engineering departments. No whiteboard-type questions were asked, and I was simply asked about my experiences in prior projects and what type of experiences I had relating to their particular domain (infrared imaging). Overall very straight-forward and one of the easiest interviews you will get. Company is small but close-knit.
