Santa Clara Family Health Plan interview questions

Initial recruiter call an then a technical interview with 4-5 managers in the team to further see if i could be a fit for which of the teams later. and third round was like get to know the team kind of a round.

The interview process was quick and only 2 rounds (first was a phone screen, second was a panel interview with 3 individuals). Interview was going well, but they asked the same question in different forms. The director decided to go on her phone towards the end which was highly unprofessional and it gave me a reason to realize it isn't a work environment I would thrive in. 3 weeks went by before I emailed HR to ask (mainly as a courtesy since they should have emailed) and they send an automated reply. In my opinion, the company lacks professionalism in the interview space.
