Interview
I sat across a long table from three interviewers. The Director of Technology, CSEA chapter president and a principal from the middle school. The atmosphere didn't seem any different from any other school really. I was short and pretty straight forward.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Santa Rita Union School District in Mar 2009
Interview
The interview felt very sterile and intimidating. There was a long table with three members of the school district faculty on one side and a chair on the opposite end for me. The panel members included a superintendent (I believe), a principal, and a teacher. The took turns firing questions at me in rapid succession. There was very little conversation and the interview never strayed beyond the list of pre-prepared questions.
