Larguísimo proceso de un día, te mantienen 8 horas ahí. Haces una entrevista de rol de dos minutos y con eso deciden basicamente si te contratan, pierdes mucho tiempo porque lo manejan por grupos.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
Video interview where you’ll be asked a series of questions. The process isn’t too haunting but very well to prepare in advance to ensure you can answer properly
