Two-round interview process. The first round was a 30-minute interview with an associate. The final round was a longer interview with 2 VP/Director-level. The process moved quickly, under 2 weeks, with updates a few days after each interview.

Interview process was very conversational. Started with interview with associate, very casual and conversational. Then interviewed with two more senior members. Nothing too technical. Heavy focus on why corporate banking, why Santander, tell me about yourself, talking about previous experiences interning at other companies. Be prepared to ask questions. The more questions you ask the more they will be able to converse with you. Goal of interview should be to have a conversation.
