Sin pruebas tecnicas, solo las tipicas preguntas de razonamiento, logica y psicolaborales. Multiples entrevistas con distintas jefaturas y cargos gerenciales. ademas de la psicologa por supuesto. en total se realizaron 5 entrevistas antes de tomar la decision

Interview
Muy cómodo con el personal de entrevistas y RRHH, pero el proceso fue bastante caótico. Plazos muy largos para recibir respuestas e incluso se puso on-hold el puesto durante un tiempo para el puesto, lo cerraron y volvieron a iniciarlo de 0.

Question 1
Experiencia profesional, preguntas de Machine Learning prácticas y una pequeña prueba técnica en SQL.
It was very technical and detailed. The recruitment stuff were great at putting me at ease. They were also very knowledgeable on the subject. They also tried their best to help me when I struggled to answer some of the questions.
The interview process was short (two interviews). First with team leader and then a tech expert for a more technical interview. I was offered a second interview but declined as it didn't seem like a fit based on the first interview.
