I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Methuen, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Very easy process from start to finish. If they see you have better qualities for another position they reach out to you for another interview. All were very nice and professional. If you have banking experience the interview process will be easy for you.

Phone interview followed by an interview with a branch manager at the branch location. Pretty straight forward process. Interview highlighted my skillset and how my past employment experiences would correlate into a job with them. Tour of the branch afterwards.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander in Feb 2025
Interview
Did one phone interview, the process itself was easy, mostly past experience and reason to apply for this position. However the hiring person confirmed with me that I'll be moved to second interview, I waited for a week and contacted them twice (both got confirmed), then I received an email about application being rejected. Really a waste of my time.
