Interview
I applied online through an agency, they got back in touch within few days of making the application . I got a reply asking to do a phone interview. The phone interview was okay- it lasted around 20 minutes. The phone interviewer was very friendly and asked me 5 competency based questions in total. She adviced me to use the STAR technique while answering the questions she provided. Towards the end of the interview. The interviewer provided me with feedback on my interview and said I passed the the phone interview and she booked me i with a face to face interview at a local branch.
