I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Santander (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very comfortable interview experience with just conversation about past experiences and what they would expect from you if they make the decision to hire. The hiring managers were laid back with their questions and the overall conversation. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding the position that I was interviewing for as well as my questions in regards to the company.

Question 1
What was my past management experience and my overall management style?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Milton Keynes, England) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied on the internet. Received a call about a week later to schedule a phone interview. The very basic questions were asked specifically to my experience for this position. The recruiter was very nice and provided insight into the position. He advised he would send along my details to the hiring manager. Two weeks later I was in for an interview with the hiring manager and someone from HR.

Question 1
This was a very simple interview by my expectations, the question that threw me was the very first when they asked what vacation time i had already committed to! I expected that question to come much later in the process. This was a skills based interview, they would give a scenario I would give an example of how I had handled in the past.
Both the hiring manager and HR person were very personable and professional they kept to the timeline of when they would advise a decision. I was offered the job 2 days later.
