Phone interview due to Covid, took about 20 minutes, about half of the interview was being given information about the position and the other half was standard customer service interview questions

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
Video interview where you’ll be asked a series of questions. The process isn’t too haunting but very well to prepare in advance to ensure you can answer properly
Face to face
