I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Boston, MA) in June 2014
Interview
Received random phone call from recruiter asking me to come in and interview after applying originally for a different position. Met with a team leader. Nice individual. Had a casual conversation for an hour or so. Got a call back about a week later asking for a short technical interview. I proved I was capable of learning whatever they wanted me to do. A few minutes after that call I got a job offer.
