I applied for the position of analyst online. In few days I was called by the HR department and was invited to the interview. The first interview was with HR and he second one with 1 manager and the head of the department. It was an entry position so we spoke basically about my backgroud and expectations. I got the job.

The interview was 3 stages: Initial HR call, 2 Panel interview and finally the Hiring manager. All the questions was about accessing the ability to deliver the job specs. It would seem the final faith is with the hiring manager, regardless of technical ability, the Yes/No is down to the gut of the hiring manager.
