phone interview procedure is very weak and not reflecting the quality of Santander that I imagined. Interviewer background is very loud and distracting therefore she was hardly heard. It also feels like I am talking with telesales/callcenter rather than having a proper job interview. Secondly, most of the questions are not specified and clear by star technique.
