After applying, I received an email inviting me to participate in a "digital interview" (which essentially is the candidate recording themselves via webcam answering posed questions). While it was easy to use, I personally found that it was difficult to portray my true self. As an HR professional I found it to be extremely impersonal. Over a week later, I received a rejection email.
