Online Application; online test; online interview; Assessment centre: 1. need to prepare presentation and slides before the ac day; 2. doing puzzles with the group; 3. 1-1 interview; For the 1-1 interview, most questions are formed. The interviewer reads the questions like a robot and without any reactions but only gives you unfriendly faces. The questions are motivations and competency questions.
Entrevista com várias etapas mas com o feedback final inexistente. As etapas dispõe de apresentações elaboradoras na hora, em equipe. As entrevistas finais são diretamente com os gestores e equipe de RH.
Entrevista teve Inglês avançado em um momento. Falou sobre trajetória acadêmica, profissional e perguntas sobre minha experiência na área de projetos digitais. Era para atuar em um programa Global de trainee e a entrevista foi tranquila. Durou cerca de 40 minutos.
Processo de entrevista muito positivo. 2 etapas de case com entrevista curta após. Depois, fase final com 3 etapas de entrevistas com sócios, ao menos uma etapa presencial. Time de RH oferece bom suporte e feedback
