Completed online test, easy process based on situation and skills. About 2 weeks later company recruiter ( male) called me to schedule an interview for the Benefit Manager position. Based on his questions the recruiter did not bother to look into my resume, nor the online test-results prior to our phone conversation. Anyhow we cleared out situation , yes I passed the online test an off to go schedule a phone interview. Not much to my surprise he did not call me in the scheduled time, not even later to re-schedule or apologize. When I callled in for explanation I was transferred from one person to an other one, hopelessly. Stay away from this company if you are serious about your career as an agent.

The interview process was rather fast, this is because they were in need of someone as they were behind on client issues. The two rounds were virtually days apart.
