Sapphire Connections interview questions

Was contacted by recruiter then asked to be a part of a 3 person zoom call that only talked about Sapphire and the person interviewing. Was a gimmick to get you hooked to a company that markets themselves as a marketing company for non profits. Basically a pyramid scheme structure where you are at Costco marketing products for low wage.
