It was a relaxed interview and the manager was very friendly and motivated about where his company was headed with regards to the web developer role. We chatted about my experience and education and i showed him some of thevweb development sites that I had worked o in a previous role. When asked about salary expectation i was probably too high by his own expectation and although he agreed I feel this may be one of the reasons that i did not get an offer subsequently
