1st: HR Interview 2nd: Manager interview 3rd: Director + the team interview Process took 2-3 weeks. All interviews went good, I really thought I was able to impress the manager, director and the team regarding my previous experiences. I was not selected for the position because according to them: "Although my previous experiences and skills matched what they were looking for, I was not personally fit as they hoped for." I just wished I was asked more of my personality because during the 2nd and 3rd interviews, I was given only 1 or 2 questions and I just felt that I could have shown more of my personality side instead if this was truly the reason. I could have done better in this area.
