Interview
I applied directly, and HR contacted me very quickly. The HR was responsive and scheduled an initial call right away. After that, I moved on to the hiring manager (software architect) stage.
That interview was disappointing. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended after about 10. I only spoke for maybe 5 minutes, and the rest of the time the architect answered a few of my questions. It honestly felt like the decision had already been made before the meeting.

Tell me about yourself?
How many people were on your previous team, including developers and admins?
First round: Recruiter phone call discussing fit
Second Round: Tech screen involving easy/medium leetcode question, followed by resume questions
Third Round: Present a project
Final Round: Onsite in Austin, consisting of coding and system design interviews
Overall, the process moved fairly smoothly

Initial phone screen after recruiter reach out. Did a coding exercise with someone on the team I'd be joining: open-ended problem in CoderByte. The next round was a presentation to a panel, and then an onsite with several rounds of coding/behavioral.
