The interview process was straightforward. I had an automated webcam screening initially, which was rather awkward, but I've been told the company may be discontinuing that step. This was followed by 4 phone interviews; one with the hiring manager, two with other FAS managers in the country, and the final one with the national sales director. The final step was an in-person interview where I gave a 15-minute presentation.
