I interviewed at Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority
Interview
Formal interview with approximately 10 questions. Had an interview panel that took notes on their laptops the whole time with little eye contact. Felt very rigid with little to no follow up questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (Saskatoon, SK) in Jan 2015
Interview
The process was very unprofessional. For such a high level position they performed a "phone interview". Considering the nature of the position and details of the role it should have been given more respect to the applicants. I feel the phone interview was to meet some sort of "racial requirement" without having to invest the time. The questions were not warranted for the position but for entry level employees.
