The hiring process is completely chaotic and very long 2 months!!. An recruitment agency was asked for this contract role that during HR interview turned out to be permanent role (Last moment company decision showing complete unprofessional HR practice). As company lacked technical expertise to interview people they hired a company to conduct the interview. First round was assignment, I was asked to produce code to create a 4 corner colors gradient ramp. After that for telephonic interview: Interviewer forgot to call me on first time!!! Next face to face interview was at hired interviewer's company site. I was asked few good questions listed in question section. Next round of interview was at company's HQ and was little bit unusual one as from CEO to Watchman all took chance to pester me, I found his Finance guy most weird as he asked questions regarding my previous employer that only CEO or Financial head could have answered it (keeping in mind this was interview for Software consultant post). They offered me job and then kept moving goal post for one week before then gone completely silent. After four months of initial job advertise I still see the same role advertise here and there.
