I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Satori Consulting (New York, NY) in Jan 2010
Interview
Mixed feelings about the organization. The interview process was very drawn out (with one on one interviews occurring on several different days). After the interviews and presentation, the offer was contingent on a client agreeing to hire me as a contractor.
To summarize, my experience with Satori was they projected themselves to be a consulting firm (following the Accenture model) however they essentially staff bodies at client locations. The offer did not come until I had to go through several rounds of client screenings. The positions can range and are largely IT positions (not management consulting). None of this was disclosed to me from the onset (as the initial rounds of interviews, assigned presentation etc. were similar to other firms).
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Satori Consulting (New York, NY) in July 2013
Interview
Easy, but a very long process (several months). There are four different interviews: phone screen, one-on-one resume/behavioral, case interview, and partner interview
There is also one more interview after they've decided to hire you--this final interview is to make sure you are a fit for the client/project
