Walk in interview, Registration, colour blind test, first interview and briefing by catering supervisor on the job nature and shift timings, second interview by HR, took about 2 hours as there are alot of walk in candidates.

The interview process was quick and smooth as it was staggered and with multiple interviewers. Fast and shared the company benefits and structure in managing expectations. Good way to allow interviewees to better understand the benefits.
