I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Saturn Systems (Tampa, FL) in May 2024
Interview
It was a standard interview. Nothing crazy. They asked a couple questions about interacting with customers and how you would deal with stressful situations. The interviewer was very nice and things went smoothly.
Very comfortable atmosphere, felt like a good place to work from the moment I walked in for the interview. I interviewed with 5 different staff members. Each of them were very nice and easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saturn Systems (Duluth, MN)
Interview
First I had a 20 minute phone call with an HR representative who was very nice, after I had a 45 minute online technical interview with one of the team heads. It was fine for the most part, the interviewer quizzed on both programming concepts and exact terminology, they took the time to explain concepts I was unfamiliar with, which I appreciated. The final interviews were in person, and they were great! I met with the VP and we talked about personal experience and goals, and I met the other two team heads and discussed previous experiences and career goals with them. One of them took me out to lunch afterwards and we got to know each other. I was also generously compensated for driving to get to the interview. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the technical interview was a little rough, but if you make sure to review high level concepts of object oriented programming you should be fine. I am waiting to hear back for offers, so ignore the “did you get an offer”.
