I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sauce Labs (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
The interview contained 5 stages:
1. Interview with HR.
2. Interview with manager.
3. Home task. I had to create front-end and back-end applications and connect them. No design or any complex logic. The whole task took just an evening to complete.
4. Interview with the team. Simply the home task presenting. There were a few questions about some decisions that I made.
5. Offer and the final call with HR.

Question 1
CI/CD explanation and maybe some other web related questions
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sauce Labs in Jan 2022
Interview
Nice talk to the recruiter via Zoom. Nothing fancy or technical in the first round. Pretty standard first get-to-know.
Feedback came after a couple of day. Not in my favor, but seems to be due to a timing issue.

Question 1
Why this company? All about my personal experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sauce Labs (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2020
Interview
2 calls (1 HR 1 director), followed by an at-home technical challenge. Pretty unprofessional HR - really poor communication. Did not update me until a week after when I was told I'd be contacted, and only after I asked for an update. HR interview was conducted via Zoom but the recruiter left the video off (I had mine on), which is an unnerving feeling for a candidate. Overall, I had the feeling that they weren't taking the process seriously.
