Terribly toxic team. Interviewing manager was extremely rude. She asked me about my experience in process improvement and loyalty then proceeded to tell me this was not relevant to the role. Why ask me about it then? She looked down as I spoke, swaying from side to side. At first I thought she was typing notes but no she was just checked out and not listening. When I asked what was most challenging about the role she responded she did not know. I finally asked her what was wrong and she launched into a tirade about how I had no experience in CPG and hadnt read the job posting. I have worked at the largest retail CPG company in the world (among others). And even if she was right, the rudeness to say I hadnt read the posting is very out of line. She made various accusations like this. I am in the final round of interviews at 5 other firms. Seems to be a her problem. I wouldnt work with this company for any price. I told her she was rude and hung up and withdrew my application. Such embarrassing and shameful behavior from a hiring manager.

The interview process was relatively easy. I only met with the QC manager and plant manager. They asked me about my educational background and work history. Toured facility. It was a very chill interview and you had the chance to ask questions.

Phone Interview went smooth, talked about my experience to the job i applied for and then i was asked to come in for orientation. The whole interview probably lasted about 15 minutes
