Saulsbury Industries interview questions

I was repeatedly talked over and had my lived experiences and credentials disregarded. Within 10 minutes of the interview, it was clear that there is a good ol' boy's club in the IT department. I was given a sales pitch about high employee retention, and then told that (people who weren't part of the club) have terrible retention. My interviewer then proceeded to trash talk those same people. I was informed that it would require a 6-month period of working as a regular technician before you could start the role I was invited to interview for. I got the feeling that my interviewer would have had to give up power in order to fill the role I interviewed for, and they absolutely could not let that happen.
